Harbin-Dalian high-speed railway

The Harbin-Dalian High-Speed Railway is a high-speed Railway in China that connects Harbin, Heilongjiang province, with Dalian, Liaoning province. The line is north-south, one of the trunk railways in northeast China.


The construction of Harbin-Dalian high-speed railway started on August 23, 2007. Completed track laying on 28 December 2010; Completion and operation on December 1, 2012; The Shenzhen-Harbin section was incorporated into the Beijing-Harbin corridor of China's eight vertical and eight horizontal high-speed railways in 2013.


The Harbin-Dalian High Speed Railway starts from Harbin West Railway Station in the north and ends Dalian North Railway Station in the south, with a total length of 921 kilometers and 22 stations. The design speed is 350 km/h, and the train operation speed is 300 km/h. As of December 1, 2017, the high-speed railway has transported more than 300 million passengers.
